I have been using computers for a very long time. For a long time I have been programming and configuring software.
Way back when I programmed customized book ordering software, saving many hour of manual organizing and faxing.
These days I work with Perl, XML data, XSLT and heavy duty publishing software. I sometimes need the odd PHP and webservices to do what I need to get done. I have been working for a variety of industries; legal publishing, manuals, fulfilling many unusual requests.
I am also used to provide support for the software and do troubleshooting.
